Chief Information Officer

Ademola (Mola) Faleti

Born and raised in Chicago, Ademola (Mola) Faleti has a wide range of experience in both the private and public sector; as well as experience with public utilities, government, and finance. Mola attended the University of Illinois at Urban-Champaign and graduated with a  degree in Political Science. Mola has worked at ComEd for 7 years before starting work as a Procurement Analyst with the Regional Transportation Authority from 2017-2022. He is currently working in Information Technology as an Engineer at Kirkland and Ellis. 

When he has free time, Mola enjoys long-distance runs, weight lifting and helping less fortunate through volunteer work. 

Chief Marketing Officer

Brandon Nguyen

Brandon Nguyen, a Louisville-based multimedia professional, has spent years refining his expertise in photography, video production, and IT support. His diverse career includes roles as a multimedia technician, camera operator, assistant director, and paralegal, working across industries ranging from entertainment to cybersecurity. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies and an Associate’s degree in Studio Art from Western Kentucky University. His work has earned multiple Telly Awards for video production with the United States Army, and he has been recognized for outstanding performance and leadership. He also holds a CompTIA Security+ certification and an active real estate license.

Beyond his technical and creative roles, Brandon leverages his multimedia expertise for marketing, crafting engaging visual content that enhances brand presence and audience engagement. His ability to merge creativity with strategy allows him to develop compelling campaigns that drive results.

In his free time, Brandon enjoys working out, AI content creation, traveling, writing, and cooking. When he’s not behind the camera or optimizing IT systems, he can be found experimenting with new creative projects or exploring new places.

President and CEO

A.J.

A.J., a Chicago native, has worked in multiple roles in a variety of industries. These include project management, program management, training director, as well as a multitude of engineering and management roles in semiconductor manufacturing, electrical construction, as well as water purification for the city of Chicago. A.J. holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago. In each role, he is focused on professionalism, and delivering clear, concise, and no nonsense solutions. 

A.J. also has extensive experience helping agencies achieve their initiatives such as implementation of its Enterprise Resource Program, pilot development aimed to sustain ridership, as well as to expedite project deliveries and grant spend downs. Additionally, he is a graduate of the American Public Transportation Association's (APTA) Emerging Leaders class of 2022.

In his free time A.J. can usually be found spending time with his friends and family, playing drums, or watching movies. When he is not out and about, he can usually be found woodworking or hanging out with his nieces and nephew.
